In this high energy practice, we will be taking a journey through the body and mind to apply a fun twist (pun intended) on the therapeutic effects of flowing through your Deep Core Line muscle meridian. Based on the principals of Sadie Nardini’s Core Strength Vinyasa, this practice will help any student access deep core strength and move like a ninja through a warm practice blended with correct anatomical movement. This is an ideal practice for anyone who copes with stress, chronic muscle tightness and pain, or is looking for a kick but, sweaty detox flow! All levels welcome.
Yogi Got Back
This practice is geared toward releasing a specific line of fascia, called the Superficial Back Line, by incorporating simple self-assisted release techniques that target the feet, hamstrings, back, and neck. In addition to these techniques we incorporate a smooth, but energetic asana to encourage balance, space, and strength into these tissues.
This is an ideal practice for anyone who suffers from:
- Plantar faciitis
- Chronic muscle tightness and stiffness in the neck, back, or hamstrings
- Chronic headache
- Chronic back pain
- High stress
Yogi Got Back is also great for all yogis and athletes who want to cultivate tools to maintain their bodies before and after rigorous practice, prevent injury, and improve overall mobility. All levels welcome.
Elastics Hearts
This practice is geared toward releasing a specific line of fascia, called the Superficial Front Line, by incorporating simple self-assisted techniques that target the shins, quadriceps, hip flexors, and chest. In addition to these techniques, we incorporate a smooth, but energetic asana to encourage balance, space, and strength into these tissues.
This is an ideal class for anyone who suffers from:
- Chronic muscle tightness and stiffness in the quadriceps, hip flexors, or pectorals.
- Neck and jaw tightness/TMJ
- Poor posture
- High stress
- Shin splints

- Each Module is numbered 1-6 and each one must be completed in order to attain certification.
