Nutrition Coaching with Katelyn Barnes
Through Functional Nutrition and Intuitive Eating principles, Katelyn will help you discover what and how to eat for your unique body, identify roadblocks that may hinder your progress, and how to easily accomplish your goals through small, meaningfully bite-sized actions.
20-25 minutes: Deep dive consultation into your goals and current diet and lifestyle habits.
30-35 minutes: coaching and curated diet and lifestyle support for your unique body.
